No. Contractors are engaged and paid directly by your business. We do not provide labour hire or payroll services. 


Our fee is invoiced only after a successful hire - once the candidate accepts the offer and confirms their start date. No upfront fees.


We focus on IT and administrative roles, including Service Desk, IT Support, Systems roles, Administration, EA/PA, and Coordination positions.


Most roles receive a shortlist within 24-72 hours, depending on availability and complexity.


Yes, we provide a replacement period for permanent placements to ensure long-term fit.


When we introduced a candidate to your business, that introduction is valid for 12 months. If the candidate we presented is hired by your business within that timeframe, the standard placement fee applies.
